1. All filter components are subjected to a factory in-coming Quality Control checking and testing procedure.
2. Filter media are controlled by the Quality Control Laboratory to ensure all design parameters and test criteria meet specifications and performance results.
3. Throughout production & assembly, on line and laboratory controls & tests are made to ensure every perfect filter.
4. Representative filter from each batch type and production run are subjected to a complete test flow evaluation to determine efficiency, pressure drop and dust holding capacity.
5. To ensure that ex-factory products are maintained in perfect condition and are not damaged during transport to final destination.

Q: What kind of air filter you make?
A:The main products include the primary air filter ,middle efficiency air filter, high efficiency air filter, activated carbon air filter, cartridge air filter, air filter machine ,pocket air filter etc.
Q: Are you really manufacturer or trading company? 
A: We have our own factory and engineer team. Our factory' is located in  NO.3 Sizhuangding Industrial Zone Xinxiang Henan, China.
Q: What is the international standard for air filter?
A:Euro: Pre (G1---G4), Medium (F5----F9), HEPA (H10--H14), ULPA (U15--17)
American: Pre (Merv1---7), Medium ( Merve8----14), HEPA (Merv15---19), ULPA (Merv20)
Q: Do we have some free samples for testing or checking?
A: Yes, no more than two pc of free sample available only. But the courier or shipping charge will be on customer account as per our company police.
Q: How long will be the lead time for samples and production?
A: Generally, it takes 5-7 days for sampling, and 2- 3 weeks for production. As if volume order, pls check with our sales.
