Introduction:
1. Light oil pollution water, including washing water in the tank farm, mechanical maintenance discharge of oily wastewater, contains a large number of oil and sediment ,rust ,sludge and other suspended solids, handling more difficulty for the normally working.
2. SYF-Q series is a light oil waste water treatment of Xinxiang North Filter Co., Ltd. according to characteristics of the finished depot that launched new environmentally friendly products. Working Principle:
This integrated device mainly constituted of the inclined plate separator, high efficiency water - oil separator (including pre-filters, gravity separators, coalescence separators and efficient, adsorption filters) and the corresponding composition of the matching device. The working principle is described as below:
1.Sewage runs through the sewage pumps into the inclined plate separator. The sewage pump has a strong self-priming capability, uniform flow, and there is no mechanical shear on the oil emulsion so as to be suitable for the delivery of oily wastewater.
2.Inclined plate separator can effectively remove the oil slick in the water and free oil, the oil slick up to the surface and gravity separation of sewage into the tank, while the sedimentation of sludge discharges on a regular basis.
3.Inclined plate separator treated effluent runs into the buffer tank, which has the liquid level switches with high and low alarm. When the water level reaches a certain altitude, automatically activated sewage lifting pump are activated automatically; When the water level dropped to a certain location, the pump automatically stops enhancing. The Enhance pump take the sewage into the pre-filters, the follow-up device, to get the treatment.
4.Pre-filter can effectively filter the small suspended particles (10μm) in the water, protecting the efficient coalescence separator, prolong the service life .The pre-filter is used to remove the impurities in the water, avoiding making the particles to be the core which can not make the demulsification and oil removal. In addition to oil, while the water carried the oil-water to be emulsion-breaking, and then transfer them to the gravity separator.
5.Gravity separator make use of the characteristics of long process to make the fine oil particles contact with each other completely and grow up to come up. The oil beyond 80% is removed in this stage and just little fine particles is taken to the last stage?high efficiency coalescence separator, so gravity separator can greatly prolong the life of the coalescence filter.
6.Efficient coalescence separator is used for the removal of residual oil in water (emulsified oil) ,and the coalescence filtration element make the fine particle oil into big droplets, and comes up rapidly, getting together in the set of coalescence separator oil room. After treatment, the oil content in water reach to a value<5mg / L, which can be directly discharged; Waste oil collected in the gathering room is discharged into the tanks on a regular basis for recycling.
7.Absorption filters are built activated carbon filter elements with high capacity, which is used for the organic matter adsorption in depth to remove residual water to meet the national emission standards.
| Primarily Composition | 1.Inclined Plate Separator
Inclined plate separator adopts the two-stage process to remove oil and suspended solid particles in the water. The sewage is pumped into the oil-water separator entrance when the fluid flow upward , the initial direction could make sure most of the free oil could move to the surface of the separator.
Then the sewage flow through the first tight group to the bottom of the coalescence separator plate .While the downward movement, the oil droplets come up to gathering below the inclined plate, refluxing to the surface of the pool. The sewage flow across the first plate group ,coming up to the other group and gathering again, which comes to the surface of the separator in the help of the flowing water. The treated sewage change its flowing direction on the surface of the pool and runs out below the battle ,across the overflow launch and flow out of the exist. |
2.Pre Filter
Pre-filter tank body is equipped by the filter element with high capacity of carrying pollution, long service life, high filtration precision .When the sewage runs into the filter, the coarser particles will settle down because of inertia, the light particles are intercepted to the surface ,and the final clean water outflow through the water pipe filter. With the long time filtration , deposition of pollutants in the filter will be more and more and the differential pressure will increased gradually, when allowed working pressure come to 0.15MPa, which means the filter has been blocked for a replacement for the another. In addition, because the pre-filter cartridge is made of superfine glass fiber filter paper with inherent properties, which makes the pre-filter can share part of the emulsion-breaking features. It will break the emulsion and transported the water to gathering in the surface of the gravity coalescence separator . Pre-filter is used as the protective device for efficient coalescence separator ,it owns a high filtration precision, which can filtered impurities in small-suspended particles (> 10μm), avoiding the particles be the core which can not make the demulsification and oil removal. It prolonged the service time of the follow-up device coalescence filter, reducing the costs of the operation and maintenance. |
3. Gravity Separator
Gravity separator make use of the characteristics of long process to make the fine oil particles contact with each other completely and grow up to come up. 4. Coalescence Separation Devices

5. Adsorption Filters
Activated carbon adsorption filter is mainly used in the deep treatment of industrial wastewater, achieving its function by the activated carbon particles. The activated carbon particles have built-in filter with large number of micro pores and specific surface area, including strong physical adsorption capability to reduce the water content effectively of organic matter, COD, color, smell and so on, achieving the purpose of dealing with water in deep. Activated carbon adsorption device operating principles of basic is similar to the pre-filter, they have similar differential pressure in the entrance and exist.
